Alcanada Golf Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. for owner Hans-Peter Porsche and opened in 2003 on Mallorca's northern coast. The course is currently ranked the number one golf course in the Balearic Islands by Top 100 Golf Courses, and has hosted the Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final, the DP World Tour's season finale, in 2019, 2022 and 2023.
The course takes its name from the small island just offshore, its lighthouse visible from nearly every hole. Pine and olive groves frame the inland stretches before the back nine slopes gently down toward the Bay of Alcúdia, where the sea comes properly into play. The par-5 7th is the signature hole: an elevated tee looking out over the bay and its lighthouse, the longest hole on the course and one that asks for every club in the bag. Trent Jones's fairway bunkering and subtly breaking greens keep the challenge honest without ever feeling unfair.
Facilities include a driving range, golf academy, locker rooms and a putting green beside the first tee. Book your round at Mallorca's highest-ranked course and see the Bay of Alcúdia the way Trent Jones intended.

Course is absolutely stunning! In great shape. Possibly difficult for beginners. Marshall’s need to move people along and not worry about offending people!
