Andratx Golf Course was designed by Gleneagles Golf Development and opened in 2000 in the hills above Camp de Mar, in Mallorca's south-west corner. The course winds through centuries-old olive groves, almond trees and traditional Mallorcan stone walls, with over 60 bunkers and seven lakes worked into a genuinely original layout.
The par-5 6th is the course's calling card: at 609 metres from the championship tee, it's the longest hole in Spain, climbing uphill through water and trees toward the green. Hole 8 follows shortly after with a tee shot over the bay at Camp de Mar and the hills beyond, one of the most photographed views on the course. Buggies are close to essential given the terrain, and accuracy matters more than distance almost everywhere else on the round.
Facilities include a driving range, golf academy, locker rooms and a putting green. The course is irrigated with recycled and desalinated water, part of a long-standing commitment to running sustainably in a dry corner of the island. Book your round at one of Mallorca's most original and demanding tests.

Exciting course, well-maintained grounds, definitely play with a cart as the distances between the holes are very long. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and we weren’t allowed to drive onto the fairway. The absolute highlight is the halfway restaurant—perfect tapas and wine.
