Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
Hacienda Riquelme sits between the village of Sucina and the Sierra de Carrascoy natural park in Murcia, a Nicklaus Design course built with genuine room to breathe. Wide fairways wind past olive groves and wildflower meadows, with the surrounding hills a constant backdrop to the round.
The course gives golfers options rather than obstacles: generous driving areas open onto elevated, well-protected greens, and while the bunkering is rugged, the greens themselves are large enough to leave a way back into the hole. Very nice course with lots of challenging sand traps. If you are good out of the sand you should score pretty good. We all really enjoyed this course. Staff is wonderful

Ein schöner Platz im amerikanischen Design - breite Fairways, Wasser und grosse Bunker und Grüns. Dazu war er überwiegend sehr gut gepflegt und anspruchsvoller als er auf den ersten Blick aussah. Er war ohne Cart gut zu bewältigen. Allerdings ist die Ausschilderung mangelhaft und es gab mehrfach umherirrende Golfer auf der Suche nach dem nächsten Tee. Auch ein Marshall zur Erhöhung der Spielgeschwindigkeit wäre hilfreich...
