Arabella Son Muntaner Golf Course
Arabella Son Muntaner Golf Course was designed by Kurt Rossknecht and opened in 2000, the flagship of the three courses at Arabella Golf Mallorca. It's the only course in the Balearic Islands to belong to the exclusive European Tour Destinations network, and was named Spain's Best Golf Course at the 2025 World Golf Awards.
Set between the Serra de Na Burguesa and the Bay of Palma, the par-72 layout combines wide, generous fairways with more than 70 bunkers and water hazards that reward precision over aggression. The course's best-known feature sits near the par-5 15th: ''Na Capitana,'' an olive tree estimated at over 1,000 years old and protected as a natural monument, one of the oldest known trees on Mallorca. Son Muntaner has hosted the Mallorca Golf Open on the DP World Tour and the Mallorca Ladies Golf Open on the Ladies European Tour, and its greens were fully reseeded with Bermuda Celebration turf in 2016.

A great experience all be it at a premium price. Beautiful course and surroundings. The caddy master staff were spot on. 5.5 hours for a round is the longest ever!! That’s too long and makes play hard. No Marshall and no beer buggy. Clearly very greedy but worth a visit for the course.

Had a wonderful rounds of golf at 3 Arabella courses. Teetimes.pt gave us the best green fee rates. Nídia Pereira was very pro active and out of 7 when one golfer had to withdraw she ensured that refund was made and credited back in our account.
